When is my order dispatched?

We dispatch within 2-3 business days of the order being placed, if your item is in stock.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders within the UK are considered domestic orders and are dispatched and delivered within 4-7 business days.

What delivery carriers do you use?

Royal Mail.

How can I track my order?

We currently don’t offer customer order tracking, if you have any concern about your order please call us on 01799 615088.

Entering discount/gift card code.

On the last page before your click “complete my purchase” there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click “Apply”. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press “complete my purchase”. You cannot enter coupon codes if you click the “pay with PayPal” option or combined with other discount codes.

What are the deliver rates?

All of our products have free delivery, unless there are two deliveries due to a back order. We can offer a later collated delivery with free delivery if you are happy to wait.

Where do you deliver?

We currently only ship to the UK. If you are an international customer and your really want one of our products then give us a call on +44 1799 615088 and we can quote shipping for you if possible.

How long does it take for my order to get here?

We typically ship out orders within 48 hours when placed by 12pm, as this is our side project. We ship mainly Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This means that once your order has left us, it will be to you in 4-7 business days. It tends to be closer to five, but some packages may take a little bit longer. If you’ve been waiting more than seven days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

As the turnaround time on packages can be quick, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend emailing us at immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

How do I return an item/receive a refund?

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Electric Print product, we will gladly issue you a refund. We offer a full, no BS money back guarantee. That’s how committed we are to our products. All we ask is that you send us a quick email to, attaching a photo and describing clearly why it didn’t meet your expected standards. We are always looking for ways to improve our product.


What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and will be adding Paypal shortly.

Where can I buy Electric Print Products?

You can buy Electric Print products on this website. We’re not yet located in any retail locations, but when we branch out we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on all of our locations!

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. We use Stripe to process data and payment safely, they comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Can I collect and pay in person?

If you would like to come to our studio we can take payment by card or cash. Contact us at to arrange a convenient time to collect.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your Cancellation and Returns Policy?

If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within 7 days of the contract, or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

What is a Giclee Art Print?

Giclee, is a type of fine art digital printing process, it uses pigment based inks with high quality archival paper to achieve prints of superior archival quality, light fastness and stability.

What is FS Platinum Paper?

The manufacturer describes the paper “Platinum Etching 285 is a 100% acid free, fine art paper with a velvety, textured surface.  A natural white base and state of the art ink-receiving layer.  Platinum Etching is 25% cotton and 75% alpha-cellulose.  When used in conjunction with pigment inks, the paper will ensure a print life of more than 85 years. “

Why are prints unframed unless stated ?

To keep delivery costs down and so you can frame your print to your own taste we generally sell prints unframed. We have the occasional one-off that has been framed if using multi-media elements.


Do you have a wholesale catalog or program?

We’re currently don’t have a wholesale program. Please email us on your details if you are interested in stocking our products and from there we’ll be in touch within the next few weeks as we make a decision on who we’re ready to take on as a wholesale distributor.
